How to order sheet music:
You can request a custom Latin music arrangement or transcription by completing the online form or sending an email with the specific details of the music and instrumentation of your ensemble. We will contact you generally within 24 hours with further details. If possible, please include your telephone number.

Cost:
Cost range from $150 for transcriptions (add $50 for rush order); Arranging music is like building a house from scratch. Not every arrangement fits all. Because our orchestration work is custom-tailored to fit each and every individual music ensemble, the cost always depends on the complexity of the work. We carefully analyze every job and determine the most affordable cost. Giving the high level of personal care, support and attention that we strive to give every client, we offer a high quality value service at the least possible cost for your investment.

Instrumentation:
Depending on the size of the ensemble, an arrangement can be written for a small combo of 5 instruments including: tenor sax, drums, bass, piano, saxophone - also add additional brass: 2 trumpets, trombone, alto sax/bari - or a big band: 5 saxes, 4 trumpets, 4 trombones and rhythm section guide. Other instruments like string violins may apply.

Valuable Support and Collaboration:
When you engage our orchestration service, you have essentially established a personal musical collaboration with us. You can depend on us to be there to answer your technical questions before and after you've received the arrangement.

Delivery:
All arrangements are printed in clear white 110 lb. heavy card stock 8-1/2 x 10 paper ensuring the best quality and durability. The printed music is generated by computer laser printer. Delivery of the work can vary from 2-5 weeks depending on the complexity of your job and our work load.
